Studio Capacity:

• HIGH - We have high capacity for regular and rush orders to come in. This is the best time to send in your products. There is a chance for early delivery, however rush upgrades will still be required for guaranteed quick turnaround.

• MODERATE - We have a moderate number of orders in the queue, but there’s still capacity for regular and rush orders to be shipped. You can expect your order to be delivered as-scheduled, likely not any earlier than the date we originally communicated.

• LOW - We are running low on capacity due to larger order volume. There is still capacity for standard orders, but rush ordering may be limited. You can still expect your order to be delivered as-scheduled, likely not any earlier than the date we originally communicated.

• VERY LOW - The photography queue is at full capacity. Rush upgrades are not available, and some order turnarounds may be delayed/extended with notice.
